CHANA MASALA CHICKPEA CURRY

This is dead set one of my favourite meals and takes no time at all to whip up, all thanks to the convenience of canned chickpeas. I highly recommend heading to a spice store, either online or for real, to get your hands on some chana masala spice mix.
My 'go to' favourite store is called All India in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in and they have row after row of authentic Indian foodstuffs. This is one of those meals that makes the kitchen smell delicious as you fry off the spices and then cook out the sauce; you will have the family sniffing the air in delight and anticipation of your epic dinner.
