Travelling is fun but the flight itself can get somewhat stressful in some aspects, especially if it is long haul. It is already common knowledge that the pressure and air inside the cabin is dehydrating which causes our cells to get depleted of moisture, making our skin and hair dry and dull. The humidity in an airplane is literally one of the worst possible environments you can put your skin in.

Whether you are flying long haul or not, it is always beneficial to keep yourself ready with some items to combat dehydration in-flight.

Keep yourself hydrated

Probably one of the most important things that you should never forget when going on a flight is to drink adequate amounts of water to keep yourself hydrated and your skin moisturised.

Prep Your Skin

At least a week before your flight, start prepping your skin care regimen, especially in the area of locking moisture into your skin. Use facial sheet masks, hydrating sleeping masks, and gel-type moisturisers to help your skin get enough hydration
