Wow! What a year we’ve all had. I don’t know about you, but I for one will be pleased to see the back of 2020 – drought, fire, floods, pandemic, shutdowns and restrictions.
At Club Tamborine we’re gearing up to celebrate the end of this year, although not quite what you’d expect.
The management committee and staff at Club Tamborine are extremely grateful for the loyalty and support that our members and the broader community have given us during the COVID-19 shutdown, and during the subsequent COVID restrictions on clubs.
By way of a big thank you to the community, on Thursday 31 December the Club will be providing a free family fun afternoon/evening with a free sausage sizzle, bouncy castle and barefoot bowling.
Planning is already under way for this event, with the Tamborine Mountain Lions Club agreeing to do the cooking. Club Tamborine is providing the food and will make a financial donation to the Lions Club.
So, if you’re going to be in town for New Year’s Eve, please lock this into your calendar.
