Happy New Year to you, our wonderful Mountain community! I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas break. I did.

My family and I went to Sydney to spend some time with my brother and his family. We had a great time and a relaxing time. I had planned on having another full week off, just being at home, after driving back to our beautiful and green Mountain paradise. This was something I was very much looking forward to. Never before had I taken a week away from Physique just to get jobs done around the farm.

However, all my plans of relaxing and taking my time getting a few easy jobs done were soon to be thrown out the window. We awoke on the first morning back from Sydney to a split and totally collapsed hot water system. As a result of that, the house pump was burnt out and when the system had collapsed it caused a split in the copper plumbing under the concrete leading into the house. So, then we had a leak.

This was bad enough, but we were soon to find that the vacuum cleaner was broken, there
