“Wow, Physique smells like a hospital!” It is strange times indeed when this comment from one of our patients is meant as a compliment. But it’s true. Physique does smell like a hospital.

We are constantly wiping down surfaces, washing our hands, using sanitiser, spacing out the waiting room seating and doing everything we possibly can to make sure our community and our staff remain safe. In fact, after a day of treating and wiping down the beds between each patient I feel like I have had a session at Clancy’s due to the amount of ethanol I have inhaled.

Allied health services have been declared an essential service by the Prime Minister and it is obvious, by the support we continue to get from our community, that Tamborine Mountain certainly considers Physique essential to their health and well-being.

We have had so much encouragement, support and love and feel very blessed to be a part of this amazing community. Indeed, this post by one of our favourite patients means so very much to us: “You guys
