The tourism sector employs hundreds of thousands of Australians and most of it relies on international tourists visiting Australia to support tourism businesses. Many of these operators are small family run businesses that have dedicated their lives and invested their life savings into building successful enterprises offering great accommodation and sightseeing options for travellers.
Similarly, retail travel agencies have served local communities for decades, offering knowledge, expertise and value for money in designing great journeys for clients. Travel advisers offer a wealth of knowledge and experience in finding the best options and deals; also, they take the headache out of travel by ensuring all arrangements are designed to co-ordinate and give travellers the best of experience, and when something crops up that makes it necessary to change or cancel your trip, the travel advisers take on the task of sorting it all out for you.
