Major win for the SRRC and the OIA as they have nailed former Councillor Nigel Waistell’s hide to the wall with the Councillor Conduct Tribunal (CCT) finding the former councillor guilty of misconduct as per the SRRC Acceptable Request Guidelines.
It took them two-and-a-half years to wrangle this Ned Kelly of the “high country” but they got him in the end and justice has been well and truly served, according to the Mayor.
